Unique Custom Homes

This winter has been wonderful.  Behr Construction has had the opportunity to build multiple homes for some great clients.  Every house has its own unique style and personality and it has been great to see the smiles on homeowners faces when their dreams become real.  We are looking forward to a busy spring and summer with mulitple customs and specs with foundations already in the ground. 

Busy as ever

Currently we are working on many projects.  In Urbandale we are building a Firestone Service Center across from Target.  We are also building 4 customs and 2 specs.  Things are beginning to fall into place for us and we are looking forward to staying busy all winter long.  My employees are working overtime and still doing a great job.  Let me know if you would like me to give you bid on a remodel job or a new home.  Stay tuned in!

Remodel Before and After Pictures

We were able to go into this job and use our creativity.  This job was fun because of the major transformation that took place.  We removed a couple walls and we opened up this floor plan to give it style and comfort.  With new lighting, flooring and a new kitchen we are happy with the turn out.  Take a look!

Home Show Home built by True View

We are currently finishing up some trim details on a homeshow in Altoona, IA.  We are proud of the detail work that we have created for Truview homes.  We are also working on a large retirement apartment complex on S. 6th and Hartford.  We are installing cabinets and trimming the building for Koester Construction. 

It is a great time of year for construction.  It is looking like I will be building a couple homes and we are going to continue to take remodel jobs.  I will try and bring you pictures real soon.  Thanks

Working on wood floors

This week we are putting wood floors into a new construction home and getting a major remodel job painted.  The pictures are of a home that we have trimmed and we are currently installing a beautiful Maple floor.  We are trimming a house in Lenox, IA and that job has been a large one.  We are currently taking on new kitchen remodels.  Take a look at this home and come back for more random construction photo's!
